Abstract
Riječ vježba dolazi od latinske riječi exercitim, a označava svaku tjelesnu aktivnost koja poboljšava ili održava tjelesnu spremnost i sveukupno zdravlje. Možemo je klasificirati u tri vrste: aerobne vježbe, anaerobne vježbe te vježbe istezanja. Vježbanje glazbenog instrumenta većim dijelom sadrži elemente anaerobne vježbe jer je fokus na preciznosti i točnosti, koordinaciji ruku te povećava se svjesnost velikih i malih mišičnih grupa (eng. mind- to-muscle connection), dok manjim dijelom sadrži elemente aerobne vježbe jer se kroz dugotrajnu koncentraciju u sviranju stječe, pojačava i održava kondicija kod svirača. Da bi vježbanje određene skladbe bilo produktivno, svirač je treba proći kroz tri osnovne etape vježbanja: upoznavanje skladatelja i glazbene epohe u kojoj je djelo napisano, upoznavanje notnog teksta, analiza notnog teksta i tehničko izvježbavanje te prosviravanje cijele skladbe u pravom tempu s interpretacijom.
Abstract (english)
Word exercise comes from the Latin word exercitim, and denotes any physical activity that improves or maintains physical fitness and overall health. We can classify it into three types: aerobic exercise, anaerobic exercise, and stretching exercise. Practicing a musical instrument mostly contains elements of anaerobic exercise because the focus is on precision and accuracy, hand coordination and increases awareness of large and small muscle groups (mind-to-muscle connection). In a lesser extent it contains elements of aerobic exercise because through long- term concentration in playing is acquired, strengthened and maintained by the player. In order to practice a particular composition productively, the player needs to go through three basic stages of rehearsal: getting to know the composer and the musical epoch in which the work was written, getting to know the musical text, analyzing the musical text and playtrough in the proper tempo with interpretation.
