The thesis includes all cultural heritage underwater locations along the coast of the island of Hvar, Pakleni islands and the island of Scedro. Thanks to various underwater research, a large number of underwater remains were collected, including amphorae and fragments of amphorae, the remains of various shipwrecks, money and various dishes. Thanks to these underwater remains, we can connect previous stories and sources about naval battles, maritime routes, maritime trade and life on the island itself in general. The first part of the paper presents a brief history and facts about the island of Hvar. The following titles follow every site on the island of Hvar, which describes the found remains themselves and is classified in the context of the history itself. The next larger chapter begins with a brief history of the Hellenic Islands, followed by chapters on each site separately, describing the found remains and also placing them in the very context of history. And finally the last big chapter begins with a short history of the island of Scedro and then each subsequent title speaks about individual sites on the island itself.
